Is delivery Free?

Shop with us today and you’ll receive Free Standard Shipping for West Malaysia on orders over RM130, RM160 for East Malaysia. Orders under that amount will be charged flat rate RM8 for West Malaysia, RM13 for East Malaysia.

What carriers do we use and how long does delivery take?

We currently ship our orders via Pos Laju. The shipping times for within Peninsula Malaysia take 2-4 working days, 3-5 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.

How can I track my order once it has shipped?

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. If you have any queries about your order you can email us at info@sugarpistachio.com

Are products shipped outside Malaysia?

At this stage Sugar Pistachio does not ship products internationally.

We currently accept Bank Transfer only at the moment.

How do I place an order?

1. When viewing the item you'd like to order, click on the  'Add to Cart' button.
2. If that's all you'll be purchasing, click on the  basket icon on upper right of the screen.
3. You will now be shown all the items you want to purchase. Click the "Checkout" button.
4. Login if you haven't login or fill in the details you want to remain as a guest.
5. The shipping fees will be shown upon selecting your shipping state and country.
6. Follow the instruction given to transfer the money to our account. We only accept bank transfer at the moment. 

    Trasnfer the money to the following account:

    Beneficial name: Sugar Pistachio Enterprise
    Account No.: 21452100007777
    Recipient Reference: <your sugar pistachio account id/email>
    Other Payment Details: <your order no.>

7. Send your bank in slip to info@sugarpistachi.com

Can I place an order without having a  account? 
Of course, in this case you'd just need to provide your email address as well as contact and delivery details. When completing a purchase as a guest you won't be able to go and edit your basket or view your order history.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order before payment made by sending the order no. to info@sugarpistachio.com

What happens if i forget my password?

You may click on the "Forgot my password" option from the login panel, an email will be sent to you.
